Tick Tock
Nothing but the clock
Silence
Eating up my mind
Darkness
Consuming my thoughts
Wondering
Why I keep falling for the wind

45%??

What?? 45% off track? What's the problem?

Your Life is 45% Off Track

Right now, you're taking things one day at a time.
Some things are going well, but you can't help but wonder if you're getting the most out of life.
It's time for you to slow down and reflect a little. You can change your life - but it's up to you!

What makes you stay???

(A reposted story from another friend from "friendster". i just wanted to share this...)

He met her at a party. She was so outstanding,
many guys chasing after her, while he was so
normal, nobody paid attention to him.
At the end of the party, he invited her to have
coffee with him, she was surprised but due to
being polite, she promised. They sat in a nice
coffee shop, he was too nervous to say anything,
she felt uncomfortable, she thought to
herself, "Please, let me go home.."

Suddenly he asked the waiter, "Would you please
give me some salt? I'd like to put it in my coffee."
Everybody stared at him, so strange! His face
turned red but still, he put the salt in his
coffee and drank it.

She asked him curiously, "Why you have this
hobby?"

He replied, "When I was a little boy, I lived near
the sea, I liked playing in the sea, I could feel
the taste of the sea , just like the taste of the
salty coffee. Now every time I have the salty coffee, I
always think of my childhood, think of my
hometown, I miss my hometown so much, I miss
my parents who are still living there."

While saying that tears filled his eyes. She was
deeply touched. That's his true feeling, from the
bottom of his heart. A man who can tell out his
homesickness, he must be a man who loves
home, cares about home, has responsibility of
home..

Then she also started to speak, spoke
about her faraway hometown, her childhood, her
family. That was a really nice talk, also a beautiful
beginning of their story. They continued to date.
She found that actually he was a man who meets
all her demands; he had tolerance, was kind
hearted, warm, careful. He was such a good
person but she almost missed him! Thanks to his
salty coffee!

Then the story was just like every beautiful love
story, the princess married to the prince, then
they were living the happy life...

And, every time
she made coffee for him, she put some salt in the
coffee, as she knew that's the way he liked it.

After 40 years, he passed away, left her a letter
which said, "My dearest, please forgive me,
forgive my whole life's lie. This was the only
lie I said to you---the salty coffee.
Remember the first time we dated? I was so
nervous at that time, actually I wanted some
sugar, but I said salt. It was hard for me to change so I
just went ahead. I never thought that could be the
start of our communication!

I tried to tell you the truth many times in my
life, but I was too afraid to do that, as I have promised
not to lie to you for anything.. Now I'm dying, I
afraid of nothing so I tell you the truth, I don't like the
salty coffee, what a strange bad taste.. But I have had
the salty coffee for my whole life!
Since I knew you, I never feel sorry for anything
I do for you. Having you with me is my biggest
happiness for my whole life. If I can live for the
second time, still want to know you and have you
for my whole life, even though I have to drink the
salty coffee again."

Her tears made the letter totally wet. Someday,
someone asked her, "What's the taste of salty
coffee?"
She replied, "It's sweet."

Love is not to forget but to forgive, not to see but to understand, to to hear but to listen, not to let go but to hold on.
Don't ever leave the one you love for the one you like, because the one you like will leave you for the one they love.
Forget the things that make you sad..Remember the things that make you glad.

Fresh

Sometimes pain becomes such a huge part of your life that you expect it to always be there, because you can’t remember a time in your life when it wasn’t. But then one day you feel something else. Something that feels wrong only because it’s so unfamiliar, and in that moment you realize... you’re happy.

Stubborn.

Life’s full of surprises, and I’m surprise I never knew that in the first place. I mean a very long time ago. But guess I already did but just to naïve to admit it. Well surprise, surprise!

I’m sitting here staring in front of my computer, keeping my consciousness awake, coz again I slept very late. I told myself a hundred million times I will stop this bad habit of staying up too late just doing nothing, but watching television or films that I could still watch any other day, any other not that too late day. But no, I’m too stubborn to obey my own-self.

Damn those good quality shows. Could there be any other reason not to watch "H O U S E"....Hmmmm?... Guess not. =) . I'm watching the 3rd season now and i think I'm gonna try to finish the whole episodes this weekend..haha. House is really the best tv show for me right now.

Thank you 2007!

Wow, I'm blogging!!!

From the blog of one of my friend, I figured to start one of my own...I've decided to blog here in blogspot.com and deleted my blog account in friendster. Yep.. i think i can do much more things ere.
Btw, thanks to the advances in technology (and my friend's blog being inspiration for me doing this), here I am... blogging. So... what will my first blog be about? Since we just celebrated new year, 2008, i want to write my reflection on 2007..

The year is over... I have to say it went by very quickly! There have been years that have taken forever to pass, but 2007 for me went by in almost a blur. I'm almost sad that it went by the way it did, but perhaps it went by that quickly because it was full of 'boring' days. Yeah!! ..Well, I cannot remember anything or any meaningful events that happened in 2007.. Maybe I usually spent my time by myself and hardly go out. Plus, there were a lot of exams and assignments to do.huhu..Really hate assignment! Assignment sucks!! hmm..

However, the year 2007 will always be special to me because it is a year of Transitions and Discovery. This was a year that has given me so much opportunity to grow and spread my wings on my own (Chewah!haha). This was a year that tested my strength to the limit: past my exams, i still can play hockey maa~, able to visit more areas in Malaysia, and able to do something I thought I never could ..
Thank you 2007. Thank you for the little things: the ones I notice and the ones I seem to take for granted. Thank you for the gift of learning acquired thru my passions in life: people, food, art, travel, sport, music, photography dll. Thank you for the challenges that made me stronger. And I'm sure this year 2008 will be more challenging for me.

To my dear friends, i wish your 2008 will be as sparkling as you hoped it to be! InsyaAllah.. pray for me too..
